OVERQUOTA
BE SURE TO WISHLIST HERE: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5128530/OVERQUOTA/
OVERQUOTA is a factory-building roguelike about turning simple machines into wildly efficient production lines.
Place Sources, Processors, and Collectors on a compact grid, then connect them into a working network. Packets move through your machines, gaining worth as they are doubled, split, sorted, combined, redirected, and converted into value.
Every Blind gives you a rising quota and a limited number of cycles to reach it. Building bigger is not always better: crowded routes can jam, strained machines can overheat, and a single misplaced arrow can bring the entire line to a halt. Design carefully, control the flow, and push beyond the quota for greater rewards.
Between Blinds, spend your earnings on new machines and run-defining relics. Adapt your layout as your collection grows, combine unusual effects, and find powerful interactions that can carry your factory through all seven Antes.
Boss Blinds introduce disruptive rules that force you to rethink reliable builds. Machines may become restricted, packets may behave differently, and once-safe strategies can suddenly fall apart.
- Build and rebuild compact automated production lines
- Route packets through dozens of distinct machines
- Manage heat, bottlenecks, timing, and limited board space
- Combine machine modifiers with powerful passive relics
- Choose from multiple starter kits with different strategies
- Defeat escalating Blinds and rule-changing bosses
- Unlock new machines, relics, and starter kits across future runs
- Chase daily challenges and discover new combinations in the Codex

Super fun game, can't stop playing!
I love it so far <3
but I think that you should be able to change your choices for relics/machines before pressing the "take" button.
On which part? Opening the caches and vaults?
First of all, great game. I really enjoyed the progression. I only encountered one bug.I decided to take a break and saved and exited. However when I got back, most of my Source things had disappeared. Now I already couldn't beat the boss (bad planning on my part), but now I'm soft locked for real.
All-in-all though, I really liked the game and am looking forward to how you develop it in the future!
I encountered this bug as well, looks like it happens when you quit while on a stage with machines on the board; the board state itself isn’t restored when you reload the save, but the “used” machines are still missing from your inventory.
Fixing this now
I've unlocked and finished everything but when I refreshed the game my progress was gone :( like wtf? it was fun while it lasted but I don't want to go through it again :(
Nooo. this is an old build.. I'm sorry ill give you free copy on steam soon
Great job, its fun
Cant press continue on this panel for some reason, both fullscreen and not. Happened 2 times, only refresh helps.
This is after shop isnt it? Ill fix this and patch later today. To get around this just click the next blind in the background
:O
Actually insane
Excellent game! Really enjoyed what I’ve played so far, looking forward to seeing more of it. (I played the previous version yesterday, didn’t have time to comment until now)
I think this has a lot of promise and broad appeal, surprised it’s not at the top of the trending games for itch.
Suggestions on increasing visibility:
I browse the itch.io/games/new-and-popular page for new stuff, and I almost skipped over this because the game only has a title and logo image; without a description or picture of machines on a grid or something, I had no idea what the genre even was prior clicking the page by chance and running the game, and was pleasantly surprised. Things that would have helped it catch my eye there would have been a tagline (shows up under title) and description/maybe screenshots (shows up when hovering), and maybe a different image than the game's logo, that better conveys that this is a "machine placement" game? And I think you could reasonably add the "Deck Building" tag (popular tag, and it fits here).Gameplay feedback (on previous version):
You might have already addressed all of this, but here's my playtest thoughts/feedback if you find it useful:(these were all pretty small things, overall I had a very fun experience: started with assembly line kit, restarted after I better understood the game after making some mistakes and picked the scrap build instead, then transitioned that into a dice-heavy battery-to-multipliers-to-jackpot build that was reliably getting at minimum 9x the blind each time)
Hey thank you so much! I have new updates coming and I cannot wait to show off what I got going.
EDIT: also updated the page, let me know if that helps.
